Terms, privacy, and refunds

Terms

Press Ready is a checked work-order utility published by PT Hasta Aksara Fabriek for one purchasing business or shop’s internal work. Do not resell, publicly redistribute, or share it outside that business.

It performs deterministic completeness and internal-consistency checks only. Your shop remains responsible for source accuracy and production judgment. It does not guarantee production approval, misprint prevention, uptime, cloud backup, or collaboration. Future major products or versions are not promised.

Local files remain your responsibility. Access is a static, unlisted URL rather than account-bound licensing; it cannot be fully retracted after it has been copied. Checkout and payment are handled by Polar as Merchant of Record.

Privacy

Job data stays in your browser and local .pressready files you choose to save. Fabriek Systems does not provide a cloud job database or account.

Polar processes commercial and payment data, Cloudflare processes normal hosting and web-request data, and support email processes what you voluntarily send. Press Ready adds no analytics, marketing tracking, pixels, or session replay.

Refunds

Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing support@fabriek.work. Fabriek Systems aims to respond within two business days. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected. After a refund, permission to use and redistribute ends, even though a copied static URL cannot technically be recalled.
